If your pet is being groomed while it is boarding or in daycare you will need to download, read, and sign both the boarding and grooming agreements.

GUEST REQUIREMENTS

• Grooming only requires Rabies
• All other services (boarding, daycare, ect)-
  • 4 months old and up
  • Current on Rabies, DHLPP, and Bordetella Shots
  • Good Health
  • Flea and Tick Free
  • Friendly Nature
